Papers accepted to the regular track at DISC '99 will appear in the conference proceedings, published by Springer in their series "Lecture Notes in Computer Science". In preparing the final version, the authors of these papers must note the following pieces of information:

The final version of your paper (including abstract, figures, tables, references, etc.) must not exceed 15 pages. This is a strict requirement.
All material must be RECEIVED by the program chair on or before July 6, 1999. This is a hard deadline.
