The registration fee includes all lunches, coffee breaks, the conference banquet, guided tour and a copy of the proceedings. It does not include hotel accommodations.

Credit card payments will be executed on site during the conference itself. Be sure that you have your credit card with you. Note that we cannot accept American Express cards. Even though the credit card payment will be made during the conference, you must submit this registration form by 30 August 1996 in order not to incur the late registration fee.

Eurocheque payments must accompany this registration form and must be drawn in Italian Lire, payable to "A.I.E.R. -- WDAG96". It is highly recommended that you send Eurocheque payments by courier (and not by normal surface mail) addressed to

Cancellations: There will be a 100.000 ITL fee applied to cancellation of registrations that were paid through a bank transfer or Eurocheque. Substitutions may be made at any time without incurring penalties.

In order to reserve one of these rooms, you will need to print and fill out the hotel reservation form. The completed form should be faxed directly to Hotel Paradise as indicated in the cover. In case you wish to make reservations on your own at another hotel, you may consult the Bologna Hotels page (in Italian). The conference venue (Via Galliera, 3) falls in sector C of the map. Most hotels inside the historic town center (sectors A, B, C and D) would also be within walking distance of the conference venue. The railway station is indicated as "FS" on the map.

Note to student attendees: A limited number of low-cost, double-occupancy rooms are available for sharing by students. If you desire to be considered for such an accommodation, please indicate it in the student certification form. These rooms will be allocated to students on a "first-come-first-served" basis. All students should also fill out the hotel reservation form so that they can be allocated a regular hotel room if necessary.
