Registration

Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until 31 August 2019. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as late registration. It is recommended to make the registration online. In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the organisers upon receipt of registration and payment. Workshop registration can be done in the same system in the “Optional programs” page once the main registration type was selected.

*Student registration includes free access to all the joint workshops. Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and PhD students.

Additional information:

• Every accepted paper must have at least one regular (or presenting student) registration.
• DISC ’19 is held in cooperation with the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS). EATCS members get a €40 discount for their registration. EATCS membership for 1 year (regular) or 2 years (students) is included in the registration fee for non-members.
• An extra banquet ticket costs €70 and can be purchased on the online registration.
• For students (even if registered as regular), workshop participation is free of charge. Regular attendees will be charged per workshop day.
• You can attend sessions to any workshop on the day(s) you have registered for.
• For organizational purposes, during the registration, you will be asked which workshops you plan to attend.

Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

• 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) –
  in case of cancellation received before September 15, 2019

• No refund – in case of cancellation, received after September 15, 2019

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

please make sure to include your name in the transaction’s comment.

A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange any payment, wire transfer or credit card. The paid amount should appear in the paid column in case of successful online payment. Manual card charges and bank wire transfers are to be credited in your “Paid” column only after receipt payment.

Registrations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations  will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation is to be sent by the Secretariat to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY if the payment was made. Participants who paid the fee will be able to download a PAID INVOICE in pdf in their personal records within a week time after the receipt of payment, from the “My Invoices” menu after logging into the registration database.

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. The Conference Secretariat, Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the Secretariat.

On site registration fees can be paid in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.

Credit Card

For the online payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC).
